LEGAL REQUIREMENTS

You must be 21 years of age or older, to order or receive alcoholic beverages from Halcon Estate. Receipt of shipments containing alcoholic beverages requires the signature of a sober adult (a person 21 years of age or older who is not intoxicated). Wines purchased from Halcon Estate are not for resale, and are for personal consumption only.

The credit card on your account is charged before the order is shipped. The charge will be the retail value of the wines, and includes any applicable taxes and shipping charges.

Charges will vary with each shipment depending on your selections and ship-to location.

SHIPPING

You must be 21 years or older to order and receive shipments. An adult signature is required upon delivery. We strongly recommend delivery of wine shipments to business, rather than to your home address. Because of the adult signature requirement, we are unable deliver to a PO Box.

While we do offer discounted shipping, should your shipment be returned for any reason, the fee to reship would be the full rate charged by the common carrier to Halcon Estate. If there has been some sort of error with delivery, we will be happy to work with you to resolve it.

All address changes must be received via email or made through your account online. All cancellations and changes must be received

TEMPERATURE HOLDS

During the hottest and coldest times of the year, we may not ship at all to certain locations, OR at our discretion may elect to ship via temperature controlled shipping solutions.

While we do everything we can to ensure you receive wine in perfect condition, we cannot control what happens to your shipment in transit. If you feel you have received a damaged bottle, please contact us immediately.

PICK-UPS

Releases can be picked up during our pick-up period. We cannot hold wines beyond the pick-up period due to limited storage.

WARNING: Drinking distilled spirits, beer, wine and other alcoholic beverages may increase cancer risk and cause birth defects if consumed during pregnancy.
